Matty is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker whose work aims to empower communities by connecting their stories.

He’s traveled to the most remote corners of the U.S. filming the impacts of climate change on human lives – families in Arkansas rebuilding after an oil spill, a small town in California’s central valley running out of water. He documented the United Nations conference on climate change in Paris and flew over the Alberta Tar Sands, amplifying the voice of a First Nations community living downstream from one of the worst ecological disasters in the world.

After working on the 2016 presidential election, Matty co-founded the production company The Color Four.

Past clients include The New York Times, Patagonia, Pop-Up Magazine, Apple, Segal Family Foundation, Tom Steyer, Kirsten Gillibrand, Zendesk, No Barriers USA, National Wildlife Federation, NextGen America, Center for American Progress and Barack Obama
